Runway 1 - with 10 strobe lights

A new RUNWAY with strobe lights, found under Lighting / Ceiling Lights, costs 0.
The runway has a total lenght of 360 metres and 10 strobe lights, 5 on each side.
Use the cheat "moveobjects on" and place it just touching the lot where the military transporter is. I've used terrain paint to create the runway part on the lot.
You could also place it on the lot and begin the runway from there. Just place the plane in the middle of it at one end. You need Late Night or a later pack for the runway to show up in your game.

Emperor's Place Condominium

A new set of 3 parts:
1. a 31 story high skyscraper, found under Decor / Misc. Decor, costs 0.
2. light colour 31 story high glass pane, found under Windows, costs 250.
3. dark colour 31 story high glass pane, found under Windows, costs 250.

After placing building on the lot, install first the 2 rear glass panes. They will have to be rotated 180 degrees and placed as close as possible to the inside walls of the building. Adjust the whole building to the rear glass panes if necessary. Install the 5 front window panes as close as possible to the inside walls of the building.
Recommended lot size = 64 x 64
The cheat "moveobjects on" is needed.
Colour the building to your preference.
Can be used as a rabbit hole.

A new road surface as an alternative to my original road surface. It can be found under Decor / Misc. Decor and it costs 0.

It's works for the following three sets:
1. Flyovers
2. Bridges for CAW - Suspension 1
3. Bridges - ultra modern suspension for CAW

It matches the default road surface of the game.
In CAW replace "Carlos bridge modern road surface" with "Carlos bridge modern USA road surface".

Ferry boat - part 3 - transported vehicles

A new set of 14 vehicles all found under Decor / Misc. Decor and all cost 0.
11 are EA clones, some are standard, some are modified. There are 2 trucks and a Dodge Coronet which make up the 14.
Use the cheat "moveobjects on".
Some will only fit in the front of the ferry, some go all the way to the middle and some can be placed  anywhere on the ferry. Place the ones that goes anywhere first at the back and work your way to the front of the ferry.
You might need Late Night for all 14 items to show.

Caltex Petrol Station - part 5 - Car Wash

A new 4 part set:

How to install:
Use the cheat "moveojects on".
Place the car wash roller frame and the car wash roller, place 6 of the EA's Regifted Windows with "no walls", make sure the windows fit exactly to the roller frame. Temporary place 4 columns in the centre of the car wash, this enables you to place a a roof, delete the columns. Place 6 of the EA's Medium Geyser Fountains to simulate a sort of car wash jets. Finally, place the decor car Claudrio in the centre of it as per second picture.

I only used 6 flourescent lights under the new roof. It's is in line with the bigger roof but the pump section is offset to the front as normally trucks have long trailers. There is no glass section.
