Runway 2 - wider with 20 strobe lights

A new runway found under Lighting / Ceiling lights, costs 0. The wider runway has 20 strobe lights, 5 on each side, 10 in the middle. It's 360 metres long. I changed the runways on the lot from terrain paint to tiles. You need Late Night or a later pack for the runaway to show up in your game.
