Road marking yellow line

A new road marking yellow line found under Build Mode / Fences, costs 0. This is to be used to create yellow line markings inside lots such as in "no parking areas". It's derived from the "Fee Fie Foe fence" but it's thinner ( in height ), wider and triangular, so it looks more like road paint rather then a fence. You can change the colour of it.
