SH21 Skybird MKII NYPD helicopter

A new Shadow SH21 Skybird MKII NYPD helicopter found under Decor / Misc. Decor, costs 0. It has 1 colour channel, the brown interior. It has a full instrument panel. I've added 2 spotlights in the front. It has been designed to be placed on the Helipad  , so it's 0.15 metres above ground level. Use the cheat moveobjects on. It can be placed on any flat roofed building, from the 1st to the 5th floor ( also on the ground but it will be floating on air ).
