Where to install custom packages

Lots of people are still trying to install package files through the game launcher. Package files have to be placed in a folder called Mods / Packages ( or in subfolders of Mods / Packages ).  Follow the pictures below and place the resource.cfg file in the Mods folder and "Voila" all your custom packages will come alive !

This layout is mine, so obviously yours will look different. The more subfolders the better to find items in the future ( and for sorting ) . The resource.cfg is set up that you can go down 6 layers of subfolders from the Mods folder. So now download the resource.cfg file below.
