The ranch 3. white fence

A new set of 3 components of the ranch white fence found under Decor / Misc. Decor, all cost 0.
The "Ranch white fence" consists of  9 poles with 9 sectors. Use the cheat moveobjects on. The fence can be moved fractionally which makes it a very desirable fence to construct. You can overlap the fence with another "Ranch white fence" piece as they fit perfectly, to make a continuous fence. Use the "Ranch white fence sector" to fill up gaps or where the "Ranch white fence" is too long to be used. The "Ranch white fence post" is used to "end the fence" at the end of the fence. Although it's not a fence ( technically speaking ) it has the same attributes of a fence, eg. Sims walk around it. You need Pets or a later pack for the items to show in your game.

Old broken down mill for CAW

A new "old broken down mill" found under Metadata / Game Objects / Environment in CAW.  You need Pets or a later pack and to place the package in both the mods/packages (Sims3 ) directory and in the "The Sims 3 Create a World Tool/ Packages" directory for the item to show in your game.
