Caltex petrol station - part 1

A new 13 part set. 9 parts are found under Decor/Misc. Decor and cost 0.
4 lights found under Lighting / Outdoor lights and cost 0.
I 've included a 14th item, the garage parking space, found under Vehicles and it costs 0.
You need the cheat code "moveobjects on".

Please follow the pictures below as I guide how to install the roof section at the end.

You don't have to install 20 fluorescent lamps on the roof, probably 4 is enough as each pump has it's own light, so it's up to you how many you want to put in.
NB. The roof logo light and the entrance logo light look identical but there are not interchangeable, one fits exactly next to the roof while the other fits exactly in the centre of the entrance logo.

Hubert Heights - a versatile building

A new building that can be found under Decor / Misc. Decor, costs 0.
The colour of the main walls, side walls and the windows can be changed, to give it a kaleidoscope of colours. The building can stand on it's own or it can be doubled up, tripled up to infinitive combinations.
Use the cheat "moveobjects on". You need a 64 x 64 lot. It may be used as a rabbit hole.

Sailing ship "Sagres"

Cargo ship "Fair Maru"

A new 7 part cargo ship found under Decor / Misc. Decor, all parts cost 0.
Use the cheat "moveobjects on" AND rotate all items 180 degrees. It might be a bit tricky to place the 2 radars on the bridge. All packages are placed from the lot facing the sea and I've placed mine in the naval base. See the Fairview Aircraft Carrier post to get an idea how to place it.

12 "funny" road signs for AMB & CAW

A new 12 package set of funny road signs, found under Decor, Misc. Decor, all cost 0.

On 3 of the signs I have added my own caption to them, as they didn't have any.

The sign error 404 doesn't make any sense to me but as you can see it's taken from a real photo.
