33 New signs found under Decor/Misc. Decor, all cost 0.
32 of the signs are for the commercial lots.
The 33rd sign is the Police Department which was left out of Bridgeport.
The signs are offset by 2 blocks on the X axis as to be able to place them
on any lot and show on top of the pavement.

There are 33 street names in Bridgeport and I'll be making them next.
They can be placed on the top of the direction signs on the same post
or as a standalone with a new empty post.
