Hanging overhead caution traffic lights
A new hanging overhead caution traffic lights found under LIghting / Misc. Lighting, costs 0. It has an offset of 1 metre on the X axis so it can be easily placed on the pavement from any lot. The 2 lights flash alternatively. You need Ambitions or a later pack for the item to show in the game.
