Boathouse

A new Boathouse found under Entertainment / MiscEntertainment, costs 0. You need University Life or a later pack for the boathouse to show in your game.

    Hi Martine, the base package is called "boatHouseEP09" and it's not even a debug item. It's not CAW compatible. It has 7 groups and uses 6 diffuse maps. I don't have a program that allows me to use more then 1 diffuse map, so I'm screwed as I can't alter it much. I managed to patch up the walkways as they were full of holes. The original doesn't look that good. I've added extra tires inside the boat house too. Carlos
