Golf course - hole 14 for CAW

A new golf course hole no. 14. It's a lot, so it comes in a sims3pack file. The lot is a standard 30 x 40. In CAW you need to create a 30 x 40 lot and then in Edit in Game place the "Hole 14 lot" into it. Save and go back to CAW and rotate or move the lot so it suits your needs. You need to have the 18 golf flags for CAW set installed so that flag 14 shows up. This is 14 of a set of 18 golf course holes. You can use it straight onto your game if you have a 30 x 40 lot but you won't be able to rotate it or set it up exactly where you want it to be. You can name it a different hole or redesign it.

Volvo HQ

A new Volvo HQ building found under Build Mode / Community Lots, costs 0. It's a rabbit hole. You need Late Night or a later pack for the Volvo HQ building to show in your game. It's a business building and a restaurant too.

Structural bridge for CAW

A new Structural bridge found Metadata / Game Objects / Environment in CAW. You need Ambitions or a later pack and to place the packages in both the mods/packages (Sims3 ) directory and in the "The Sims 3 Create a World Tool/ Packages" directory for the Structural bridge to show in your game. You have to make sure that you attach the road ends on both sides to the Structural bridge ( blue squares ).There is an earlier post explaining how to install items in CAW.

PS I've used 2 Structural bridges as per above pictures. Place the 2 bridges next to each and the blue squares will automatically attach themselves in the middle. The 2 bridges have to be perfectly aligned and at the exact same height.
