How to install
Firstly you need Steam ship Carey part 1 installed and running. Then the easiest way is, get a Sim to sail the steamer, then click on the Buy Mode F2 button. Choose the Carlos propellor flag and stairs for steam ship Carey. Use the cheat moveobjects on and rotate the set until the flag is behind the ship. Then grab it and place it in the right place. The flag pole should go right at the back/centre of the ship as per pictures below. The stairs are there just for show and you can't use them.
NB The flag pattern does not belong to any country in the world. It's my own pattern.
